Can I use this device with a pacemaker?
Will the unit tell me if my heart is currently in atrial fibrillation, or will it just read out ‘irregular heartbeat?
Yes, the Portable ECG Monitor is able to detect arrhythmias like atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter by AI-ECG analysis system via the App.
Will this device work with phone APP? How to use with my smartphone?
Yes. The Portable ECG Monitor can work with iOS 9.0 or above, iPhone 4s / iPad 3 or above, also can work with Android 5.0 or above.
The APP name is “ViHealth”. Please install the latest APP “ViHealth” on your smartphone(support BLE Bluetooth) from App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Please operate as below:
1) Switch on the device Bluetooth in Setting->Bluetooth.
2) Switch on the Phone Bluetooth.
3) Run the APP, add the device in the APP. (don’t pair the device in the phone Setting menu, only in the APP)
4) The data will be downloaded automatically
How to active my device?
Activate the device before the first use by charging the device.
Note: Device will not work without activation.
Can Portable ECG Monitor work with computer?
No, it can't.
Is there any fee for the App?
It's free to track real-time ECGs and review the ECG waveforms. The AI analysis through the App is now available for a free trial from May 1st to July 31st. This AI analysis function will be charged after a trial period.
What is the built-in storage?
10 sessions, if ECG length is less than 1 minute; 1 session if ECG lengh is 15 minutes.
How long can I record my ECG?
This device can record ECG for up to 15 minutes. Measurement will be ended automatically after 15 minutes. And data will be saved in device.
Does this device require any wires or patches?
No, the Portable ECG Monitor doesn't require any wires, patches, or gels.
